These terms and conditions are for members of Mission Infinity including anyone on a trial membership.

Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time with our last update being Thursday 3rd June 2021.
We will inform all members in our daily or weekly email but please do check regularly in case of any changes.
Our Free Trials
Everyone is allowed to sign up for 1 trial period with Mission Infinity and is not allowed to sign up to more than 1 trial period. Once the trial period is over, you will be sent an email that will enable you to continue. You can restart your membership at any time.
Paying Membership
During your trial, you will be sent a checkout process to transition to a full membership once your trial expires.
Our payments are processed by Stripe, Inc and ThriveCart and providing your details will automatically your card on a monthly basis until you cancel your membership.
You can update your card details by using the ThriveCart update process and you will be emailed if your card is approaching its expiration date.
On your bank statement, our membership will show as Mission Infinity.
Your login information is to be treated as confidential and only shared with your partner if you both use the account. However, it cannot be shared with anyone else or any other third party.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and if you believe someone has obtained your password, please change your password immediately or contact us for help.
We reserve the right to cancel your membership and ban you indefinitely at any point if we think you have breached any of our terms and conditions.
Cancelling Trial
Once the trial period is over, you can cancel your trial by letting us know or not completing the checkout process. Your account will be deactivated 1 week after the trial period and you will continue to receive our daily or weekly emails, simply without the membership information. You can resume your account at any time.
Terminating Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time. You can either contact us or cancel via the ThriveCart link you have been emailed.
We do not offer refunds currently and your membership will run until the end of the current period that you have paid for.
Membership Activities
Health Survey
Your information provided on the health survey will be shared with instructors to inform them on how to tailor classes. It is your responsibility to highlight any health conditions to the instructor or Mission Infinity moderator at the start of the session or at the point at which you join.
Should you have any concerns or questions, please contact us.
Should any health conditions arise during a session, it is your responsibility to stop immediately and to inform instructors or the moderator at any time who will attempt to contact your emergency contact.
Please consult a doctor in advance if you are unsure whether or not you should participate in a specific activity and follow the instructions of the doctor.
During Sessions
It is your responsibility to follow the instructions of the session instructor and inform them if you do not understand anything.
Questions can be asked by voice or in the Zoom chat or by contacting us by email or phone.
Membership Content
Third Party Websites
Our membership contains links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content on those sites and accept no responsibility for any damage or loss due to them.
Our membership runs on software by third-parties, please consult their terms and privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility for any damage caused by them.
Posting within the Membership
If you post any content on our website you agree that you:

You have the right to complain about any content on the platform by contacting us and we may take action.
Our Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from or in connection with our membership (including any inability to use our membership). This exclusion covers but is not limited to liability for:

We have the right to cancel our obligations without liability to you, in whole or in part if we are prevented from carrying on our business or obligations beyond our control.
Severance
If any of these terms and conditions become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be modified to make it legal, valid and enforceable. Any modification or deletion of a specific term will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.
Complaints
Please contact us if you have any complaints with our membership and we will attempt to resolve them. If the complaint is with a third party, please contact them directly.
